On June 6th, 2017, College Access Coordinator, Jennifer Chicon, and College Success Coordinator, Latiqua Washington, presented at the 20th Annual Coming Together Conference for NYSACAC @ SUNY Geneseo. Their presentation entitled, “Supporting Students through the Transition to College: Summer to First Semester,” highlighted challenges incoming college students typically face, best practices for supporting them, and resources that college access and success professionals could utilize.
