Mariama Bah, a student at DreamYard Preparatory School (a New Settlement Partner School), won CACNY’s top scholarship award of $1,500. She is currently at Lehman College studying Biochemistry and in the future would like to work for the United Nations defending and fighting for women rights, particularly fighting against forced arranged marriages.
