Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time and, if you can, please complete our registration form in advance of your first session:

Also, remember to bring the following documents with you:

• A copy of your high school transcript or High School Equivalency Scores (GED/TASC).
• Your SAT Scores (if you have taken the test already)

If you are unable to gather the above documents before your first appointment, we can collect them from you at a later time.
