How to purchase a class online for clients
Unfortunately, we do not make any purchases over the phone. It can only be done in-person.

Option 1 – Using a Computer
2. Next “log in” using the Email and Password you must create with the front desk. Please note that this can be created or changed at anytime over the phone (718-758-5901) or in-person at the front desk.
- Reminder: This login must be for the client taking the class, or if it is not, please be sure to indicate you are buying for your child during the checkout process.
3. You will be prompted to the “PROGRAMS” tab and want to click on the “ALL SERVICE CATEGORIES”, then filter your search by choosing your desired class.
4. Now click on this icon and choose the “START DATE” of the class (this will show more class options for the new cycle). If you do not know the start date, you can call us at 718-758-5901.
5. Scroll until you locate your desired class and press “select” and proceed to the checkout.
6. Enter your proper credit/debit card information and complete your purchase. Please review your shopping cart once more before finalizing the purchase.
7. Your FINAL STEP will now be enrolling the client into the class. If this step is skipped, it may result in you or your family member being left out of the class. We do our best to check all of the online purchases to ensure you have enrolled properly.
8. You should call into the center to confirm you have enrolled properly however, unfortunately, we do not make any purchases over the phone. It can only be done in-person. Also, please inquire about a few things you should know before the first day of your class! (1) The specific clothing attire you or your child should wear, (2) KEY TAGS to check in, and (3) ID PHOTOS that are mandatory to be taken in-person at the front desk!
Option 2 – Using the Mindbody App
Again, unfortunately, we do not make any purchases over the phone. It can only be done in-person.

1. Download the “New Settlement Community Center” App.

2. Follow the prompts to download and open the Free App.
3. When in the app click on the menu in the upper left hand corner.
4. Choose the “Login” option below the Center’s logo, use the login email and password you may have created in-person. If not, please note that this can be created or changed at anytime over the phone (718-758-5901) or in-person at the front desk.
5. Click on “buy services.” Now, scroll until you select your desired program. Now, click the green “buy services.”
6. Next, click the green “checkout” option and enter in the payment information. Once more, click the green “checkout” button.
7. Your FINAL STEP will now be enrolling the client into the class. If this step is skipped, it may result in you or your family member being left out of the class. We do our best to check all of the online purchases to ensure you have enrolled properly.
8. You should call into the center to confirm you have enrolled properly, or simply check the “my classes” where your weekly class schedule will be. If it is blank, do not hesitate to call us. Remember, classes will only be visible under that individual taking the classes profile. Also, please inquire about a few things you should know before the first day of your class. (1) The specific clothing attire you or your child should wear, (2) KEY TAGS to check in, and (3) ID PHOTOS that are mandatory to be taken in-person at the front desk!
