Chinese Kickboxing elements of the program are based on wing tzun (Chun), a style of Chinese Kung-Fu, since it relies on efficiency, relaxation, and economy of movement, rather than stiffness or brute strength. Chinese kickboxing is designed to be learned quickly, making anyone able to defend themselves in real-life situations in a short period.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches that a smaller person can successfully defend against a bigger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competitions or self-defense. Sparring (commonly referred to as ‘rolling’) and live drilling play a major role in training.

Sifu Brandon Bonner is a lifelong student of martial arts. Brandon has trained in wing tzun kung fu and Latosa Escrima under Sifu Edgar Rotger, Dai-Sifu Emin Botzepe, and Grand Master Rene Latosa.
He is a brown belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu under Professor Marcelo Siqueira of the Brazilian Martial Arts Academy in Boston. Brandon has traveled to Germany, Turkey, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica, as well as several states in the USA to train and lead workshops for martial arts schools and companies needing an instructor in combative techniques for their security teams.
