Welcome to Reality (performance)

Welcome to Reality is the June showcase for the Program for Girls & Young Women’s Next Level Dance company and Silence Out Loud poets, as well as special guests. The performance will run approximately 1.5 hours without intermission. The content – primarily hip-hop and spoken word – is family friendly but addresses issues of social justice affecting communities of color and women and girls in particular, so expect some strong language and emotional material. Tickets are free, while donations are always gladly accepted. Doors open at 5:30pm.
