In My Words Donor Appreciation Party

Participants and donors from In My Words (2015-2017)  are invited to attend an event on Friday, November 17^th 2017, to recognize and thank donors whose gifts helped make the spring break arts intensive possible. The event will include a live music performance by IMW Originating Teaching Artist Renee Benson, and a screening of a few short videos – some made by IMW participants, some including clips of the live performance (2017), interviews with young artists and the creative process. After the event ends at 7:30, program staff will take the IMW participants out for dinner. Total time for participants (traveling to and from New Settlement) will be 5-9:30pm. This event is restricted to invited guests only.
