We are pleased to announce that Oscar Santiago has been awarded a $1,500 scholarship from the United Neighborhood Houses Viacom Scholarship Program. The United Neighborhood Houses Viacom College Scholarship Program seeks to promote tolerance and positive community change by supporting the growth of future leaders through higher education. The Scholarship Committee was especially impressed by Oscar’s successes both inside and out of the classroom and the scholarship award serves as recognition of his leadership qualities and demonstrated commitment to positive social change. Oscar is a current Youth Leader at Bronx High School of Business (one of our partner schools) and he will be attending SUNY Stony Brook University in the fall.
