New Settlement staff and one of our amazing Youth Leaders went to Albany to demand increased funding for Opportunity Programs (specifically TAP, HEOP/EOP, C-STEP/STEP and Liberty Partnerships) & the passing of New York State Dream Act & the February & July ACT in NY.
