Her role encompasses diverse operational, financial, and administrative functions, ensuring seamless organizational management. Adept at fostering collaboration, she spearheads timely grant deliverables, meticulous budget oversight, invoicing, and comprehensive reporting.

Within New Settlement, Jeannette held pivotal roles, notably a four-year tenure as Administrative Coordinator for Community Services. Here, she managed HR functions, oversaw website operations, facilitated payroll for 250+ staff, and fostered seamless communication among stakeholders.

A graduate of City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College with a bachelor’s degree in history, Jeannette Gutierrez enhanced her professional profile by obtaining a New York Notary Public certification and being selected as a New York Leadership Fellow in Fall 2023.
