Allison Palmer, who has been the founding director of New Settlement’s College Access and Success Initiatives for the past two decades, has been promoted as New Settlement’s first Associate Executive Director! In her new role Allison will work closely with incoming Executive Director Rigaud Noel to manage and develop programs, create systems and policies for efficiency & efficacy, and build infrastructure to deepen our work and ensure high program quality.
