Celebrate Halloween with your Bronx neighbors at New Settlement’s 2024 Halloween Block Party! This free, family-friendly event is designed to strengthen community ties while promoting healthy lifestyles and positive social interactions. We’re bringing together local families and youth for a fun-filled day of activities, entertainment, and resources that everyone can enjoy.
