Este es un camino equivocado, que tambi\u00e9n es responsable de la adversidad y el desplazamiento, al igual que las crisis emocionales. En resistencia nosotros esforzamos por hacer un trabajo que est\u00e9 informado y al servicio de personas marginalizadas. La solidez de nuestro trabajo se basa en cultivar nuestra capacidad de escuchar estas historias y de responder con las soluciones mas adecuadas para los problemas de la comunidad en Mt. Eden.<\/p>\n<p>Sabemos que los ataques sobre nuestra humanidad no nos hacen menos que humanos, sino que nos permitimos ver bien las intenciones ocultas del pol\u00edtico por lo que son, cuando existen. A menudo, luchamos contra pol\u00edticas opresivas que intentan definirnos, olvidando que ya somos seres <em>creativamente, expresivamente, y justamente<\/em> pol\u00edtico. Nuestr@s experiencias, pensamientos y palabras son trozos de nuestr@ humanidad tambi\u00e9n: expresiones policromadas y diversas de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos que disfrute de estas palabras por Richard Blanco. Su poem despierta la ira y las preguntas sobre la formaci\u00f3n de identidad a la luz de la inmigraci\u00f3n y el desplazamiento, una realidad contra que Acci\u00f3n Comunitaria de la Alimentaci\u00f3n no nos dar\u00e1 la espalada. Dejamos el poema como fue escrito, en ingles con la frase \u201ccomo t\u00fa\u201d repetido a trav\u00e9s de todo, para reflejar la doble identidad (biling\u00fce o no), de mucha gente que vive aqu\u00ed en los Estados Unidos.
