How to purchase a class online for clients<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Unfortunately, we do not make any purchases over the phone. It can only be done in-person.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Please read the center policy registration form in its entirety.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Option 1 – Using a Computer<\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
1. Head to the mindbody website at\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/clients.mindbodyonline.com\/<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>and search for our organization \u201cNew Settlement Community Center\u201d and press \u201cselect.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
2. Next \u201clog in\u201d using the Email and Password you must create with the front desk. Please note that this can be created or changed at anytime over the phone (718-758-5901) or in-person at the front desk.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

  • Reminder: <\/b>T<\/span>his login must be for the client taking the class, or if it is not, please be sure to indicate you are buying for your child during the checkout process.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
    3. You will be prompted to the\u00a0<\/span>\u201cPROGRAMS\u201d<\/b><\/span>\u00a0tab and want to click on the<\/span>\u00a0\u201cALL SERVICE CATEGORIES\u201d<\/b><\/span>, then filter your search by choosing your desired class.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
    4. Now click on this icon\u00a0<\/span>and choose the\u00a0<\/span>\u201cSTART DATE\u201d<\/b><\/span>\u00a0of the class (this will show more class options for the new cycle). If you do not know the start date, you can call us at 718-758-5901.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    5. Scroll until you locate your desired class and press\u00a0<\/span>\u201cselect\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/span>and proceed to the checkout.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    6. Enter your proper credit\/debit card information and complete your purchase. Please review your shopping cart once more before finalizing the purchase. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
    \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
    7. Your\u00a0<\/span>FINAL STEP\u00a0<\/b><\/span>will now be enrolling the client into the class. If this step is skipped, it may result in you or your family member being left out of the class. We do our best to check all of the online purchases to ensure you have enrolled properly.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    8. You should call into the center to confirm<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>you have enrolled properly however, unfortunately, we do not make any purchases over the phone. It can only be done in-person. Also, please inquire about a few things\u00a0you should know before the first day of your class! (1) The specific clothing attire you or your child should wear, (2)\u00a0<\/span>KEY TAGS\u00a0<\/b><\/span>to check in, and (3)\u00a0<\/span>ID PHOTOS\u00a0<\/b><\/span>that are mandatory to be taken in-person at the front desk!<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    Option 2 – Using the Mindbody App<\/strong>
    \nAgain, unfortunately, we do not make any purchases over the phone. It can only be done in-person.

    1. Download the \u201cNew Settlement Community Center\u201d App.
    \na. Apple Store
    \nb. Google Play Store<\/div>\n
    <\/div>\n
    2. Follow the prompts to download and open the Free App.<\/div>\n
    \n

    3. When in the app click on the menu in the upper left hand corner.<\/p>\n

    4. Choose the \u201cLogin\u201d option below the Center’s logo, use the login email and password you may have created in-person. If not, please note that this can be created or changed at anytime over the phone (718-758-5901) or in-person at the front desk.<\/p>\n

    5. Click on \u201cbuy services.\u201d Now, scroll until you select your desired program. Now, click the green \u201cbuy services.\u201d<\/p>\n

    6. Next, click the green \u201ccheckout\u201d option and enter in the payment information. Once more, click the green \u201ccheckout\u201d button.<\/p>\n

    7. Your FINAL STEP will now be enrolling the client into the class. If this step is skipped, it may result in you or your family member being left out of the class. We do our best to check all of the online purchases to ensure you have enrolled properly.<\/p>\n

    8. You should call into the center to confirm you have enrolled properly, or simply check the \u201cmy classes\u201d where your weekly class schedule will be. If it is blank, do not hesitate to call us. Remember, classes will only be visible under that individual taking the classes profile. Also, please inquire about a few things\u00a0you should know before the first day of your class.
