They told News 12 that a housing court judge mandated repairs to the building back in October 2022, but those fixes have yet to be completed.<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Buildings\u2019 website currently lists a Class One violation on the property for failure to certify corrections, totaling $270,000 in civil penalties.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"block\">Tenants are set to meet\u00a0Wednesday\u00a0with housing attorneys to discuss the next steps in their long-fought battle for better living conditions.
