The NYS Eviction Ban is set to expire on January 15, but we are still in a critical moment and we need the eviction protections!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

CASA demands:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Extend the Eviction Ban until June 2022<\/li>\n
  2. Re-open the ERAP program and fully fund it to meet the remaining need<\/li>\n
  3. Pass legislation for a State-wide RTC program<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We need to call our Bronx State Representatives before the 15th to urge legislators to call on Governor Kathy Hochul to take action NOW!<\/p>\n
