Debbie Aviles, New Settlement’s Director of Operations, joined New Settlement in the Spring of 2010, bringing along over 25 years experience in office management, finance, and staff benefits. Debbie is a former long-time resident of the Bronx and is now residing in sunny Naples, Florida.
